The redeveloped Island Walk Shopping Center is perhaps the City’s most visible recent commercial development, with a new Publix, Hobby Lobby and dozens of other retail stores and restaurants near I-95 and Palm Coast Parkway. The State Road 100 corridor is also seeing new growth with construction of an Aldi grocery story and Tractor Supply.

The new I-95 interchange at Matanzas Woods Parkway – the third I-95 interchange for Palm Coast – provides opportunities for neighborhood commercial development on the northern end of the city.
